FROM THE CHAIRMAN: In efforts to avoid delays and/or technical difficulties that may interrupt or stop the meeting, the Chairman asks that all interested in this matter consider the following:

  • The Board anticipates a quorum of the members will be physically present and, as such, intends to conduct the meeting as an in-person meeting. An opportunity for those that cannot be present to observe remotely via Zoom, within the limits of the Town’s account capacity, is being provided.
  • Windham residents who wish to speak to or pose questions about the item being discussed are encouraged to attend in person. Those who cannot should utilize the Zoom link or number listed below.
  • All other Windham residents who only wish to observe the discussion, but cannot attend in person, are encouraged to watch on local channel 20 or utilize our livestream at
  •  Those who are not residents of Windham but wish to observe the meeting are also encouraged to utilize the livestream linked above rather than Zoom. In the event the Board opens public comment to non-Windham residents, those watching via livestream who have questions or comments can then switch to the Zoom link or number.
